Does [HD]boilerplate come with documentation?
Yes. The guide is available online and through the posts in this demonstration site.
Can I host this on WordPress.com?
No. WordPress.com does not support installation of premium themes. [HD]boilerplate is a premium theme. In order to use it, you’ll need a self-hosted installation of WordPress.
What is your refund policy?
We do not issue refunds for digital purchases. Before making a purchase, please make sure to read through our site, contact us with any questions you may have, and verify that you have a self-hosted WordPress blog.
Do you do custom design and development?
You can contact Harold’s Desk for extended services.
Can you install (or perform maintenance) on the theme for me?
No – we will not service your hosted blog by logging in, installing, or performing any maintenance on your blog. There is an extended support option started at $99, contact for details.
Will you help me migrate my blog from [my current blogging platform] to WordPress?
No. Sorry we are unable to help everyone but if you are interested in becoming a client at affordable rates contact Harold’s Desk.
